The irish Television producer Ronan McCloskey and his team made a four part series of for the BBC. The presenters Art Hughes (lecturer in celtic languages in the University of Ulster) and Tomaí Ó Conghaile (presenter and writer in Ireland working mainly through the Irish language) met Basil at his Castle Wolfrhine and visted with him the Altburgfestival in Bundenbach.
